However, it fell to 3.6428 per 100 Russian rubles and 3.5 per euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week (July 1\u20135), the rubel lost 1.54 percent against the dollar, 2.31 percent against the euro and 1.78 percent against the yuan.
