The indictment also included charges of violent disorder, incitement to hatred and theft by abuse of office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The court ordered Viali\u010dka to cover the &#8220;property damage&#8221; (6,160 rubels) and a state duty (308 rubels).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The authorities took custody of her apartment, land plot, car and equipment. On August 5, the Minsk City Court is scheduled to open trial of martial arts instructor Hienad\u017a Kapitana\u016d without the defendant being present. The procedure allows the government to prosecute its exiled opponents for serious crimes, including terrorism, mercenarism and high treason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The authorities shut down the hospice in August 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In October 2020, Viali\u010dka was arrested for a protest in Hrodna. She was briefly jailed and fined, and the State Control Committee checked the hospice for tax evasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later, media reported that she was suspected of illegally using aid money.
