Rubel down against US dollar, euro, Russian currency at BCSE

August 27, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.2053 against the US dollar at the August 27 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also fell to 4.5006 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.508 per 100 Russian rubles.

The rubel has not traded against the European currency and remained at 3.5396 against the euro.

Last week (August 19–23), the rubel fell by 1.1 percent against the dollar, 1.44 percent against the euro and 1.74 percent against the yuan. It gained 1.02 percent of its value against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency strengthened 1.34 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2024.
