Rubel down against euro at BCSE

August 28, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.5803 against the euro at the August 28 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also fell to 4.5116 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.5173 per 100 Russian rubles but climbed to 3.1968 per US dollar.

Last week (August 19–23), the rubel fell by 1.1 percent against the dollar, 1.44 percent against the euro and 1.74 percent against the yuan. It gained 1.02 percent of its value against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency strengthened 1.34 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2024.
