Rubel plunging against US dollar for three days in a row

November 13, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.3536 against the US dollar at the November 13 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE), hitting another yearly low this week.

The Belarusian currency also fell to 4.6439 per 10 Chinese yuan but climbed to 3.5805 per euro and 3.4203 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week, with trading held from November 4 to 6, the rubel lost 0.33 percent against the dollar, 0.6 percent against the euro and 0.55 percent against the yuan, but gained 0.12 percent against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency lost 4.44 percent against the dollar in the first 10 months of 2024.
