Rubel keeps strengthening against US dollar at BCSE

December 4, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.4923 against the US dollar at the December 4 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Belarusian currency also rose to 4.8203 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.3389 per 100 Russian rubles.

The rubel has not traded against the European currency and remained at 3.722 against the euro.

Last week (November 25-29), the rubel lost 4.18 percent of its value against the dollar, 5.63 percent against the euro and 4.08 percent against the Chinese yuan but gained 1.94 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency lost 8.34 percent of its value against the dollar in the first 11 months of 2024.
