Rubel falls against euro, dollar, yuan

December 27, BPN. The Belarusian currency fell against the euro, US dollar and yuan at the December 27 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It depreciated to 2.8555 rubels per euro, 2.6818 per dollar and 3.8302 per 10 yuan. But it rose to 3.8506 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (December 19-23), the rubel plunged by 7.23 percent against the euro, 5.4 percent against the dollar, and 4.65 percent against the yuan. It climbed 2.19 percent against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency depreciated by 4.44 percent against the greenback from January to November.
