Rubel down against euro, dollar, yuan at BCSE
December 28, BPN. The Belarusian currency has depreciated against the US dollar to 2.7092, against the euro to 2.879, and against the Chinese yuan to 3.8717 per 10 yuan at the December 28 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It strengthened against the Russian currency to 3.8121 per 100 rubles.
Last week (December 19-23), the rubel plunged by 7.23 percent against the euro, 5.4 percent against the dollar, and 4.65 percent against the yuan. It climbed 2.19 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency depreciated by 4.44 percent against the greenback from January to November.
The BCSE will hold the last trading session of 2022 on December 29.
