Cichanoŭskaja shocked by Russian missile attack on Ukrainian apartment building

January 15, BPN. Opposition leader Śviatłana Cichanoŭskaja says she is “shocked” by the Russian missile attack on an apartment building in Dnipro that killed more than 20 people, including a child, and wounded more than 70, including 13 children.

“My thoughts are with the victims and their families. Those responsible for this act of terrorism and all war crimes against Ukrainians must be brought to justice,” she tweeted.

Russia launched a major missile attack on the east-central city on January 14.
