Rubel up against US dollar at BCSE
February 10, BPN. The Belarusian currency has strengthened against the US dollar to 2.7632 at the February 10 trading session at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It dropped against the Russian currency to 3.8012 per 100 rubles and against the Chinese yuan to 4.0592 per 10 yuan.
The rubel remained at 2.9753 against the European currency, which has not traded on Friday.
This week, (February 6 -10), the rubel fell 2.84 percent against the dollar, 1.67 percent against the euro, and 2.09 percent against the yuan. It climbed 0.46 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency strengthened by 3.27 percent against the dollar in January following a 7.39 percent plunge against the greenback in 2022.
