Rubel up against dollar, euro, yuan at BCSE

December 19, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.1683 against the US dollar at the December 19 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also climbed to 3.455 per euro and 4.4241 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.5197 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (December 11 – 15), the rubel gained 1.5 percent against the dollar, 0.14 percent against the euro and 0.7 percent against the yuan but fell 0.9 percent against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency lost 13.82 percent of its value against the dollar from January to November.
