Śviatłana Cichanoŭskaja, Yulia Navalnaya meet in Munich

February 16, Pozirk. Śviatłana Cichanoŭskaja and Yulia Navalnaya, the widow of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, have met “in a closed format” in Munich, Cichanoŭskaja’s office reported.
The Belarusian opposition leader offered Navalnaya her sincere condolences.
The two women are in Germany for an international security conference.
Navalny died today in Russia’s “Polar Wolf” prison colony. He was 47.
Prison authorities said he felt unwell after a walk and lost consciousness. An ambulance crew pronounced him dead.
The cause of death has not yet been determined, according to the authorities.
