Economic growth slows in January
February 19, Pozirk. The Belarusian economy grew by 2.8 percent to 18 billion rubels ($5.6 billion at the market exchange rate on February 1) in January, the Belarusian State Statistics Committee (Biełstat) said.
The expanded by 3.9 percent in 2023 after a 4.7-percent contraction in 2022, according to the agency.
