March 18, Pozirk. Belarus’ economic growth accelerated to 4 percent in February after a slowdown to 2.8 percent in January, according to data released by the National Statistics Committee (Biełstat).
In 2023, gross domestic product grew by 3.9 percent after falling 4.7 percent in 2022.
The government is expecting the economy to expand by 3.8 percent in 2024.
