May 17, Pozirk. Pavieł Łatuška of the opposition cabinet has called on the German authorities to take measures against the spread of disinformation in connection with the upcoming concert by a Belarusian pro-government musician.
Belarusian rapper Siarhiej Parchomienka known as Seryoga is expected to perform at a fair in Bad Salzuflen, North Rhine-Westphalia, on May 18 and 19.
The musician supports the Russian war against Ukraine and justifies politically-motivated reprisals in Belarus, Łatuška said in a video posted in the Telegram messenger application.
A group of German MPs who support Belarusian pro-democracy forces have forwarded his appeal to the German interior ministry and local authorities in Bad Salzuflen, he added.
