Rubel down against US dollar, Russian ruble at BCSE

May 20, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.2221 against the US dollar at the May 20 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also fell to 3.5068 per 100 Russian rubles but climbed to 4.3948 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.485 per euro.
Last week (May 13–18), the rubel grew 0.37 percent against the dollar and 0.59 percent against the yuan but fell 0.26 percent against the euro and 0.18 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 2.41 percent of its value against the dollar in the first four months of 2024.
