Polish soldier stabbed at Belarus border dies

June 6, Pozirk. Mateusz, the soldier of the 1st Armored Brigade who was stabbed at the border with Belarus in late May, died at Military Medical Institute in Warsaw this afternoon, the Polish General Command reported.
“Relatives of the deceased soldier were provided with support and psychological care. Additional assistance, both psychological and organizational, would continue depending on the will of the family,” it said in a post on X.
