Rubel down against dollar, euro, yuan at week’s final session
July 5, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated against the US, EU and Chinese currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
In today’s trading, it fell to 3.2155 per dollar, 3.4855 per euro and 4.4029 per 10 yuan. However, it rose to 3.6398 per 100 Russian rubles.
In the outgoing week (July 1–5), the rubel lost 1.54 percent against the dollar, 2.31 percent against the euro and 1.78 percent against the yuan. It earned 0.83 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency gained 0.48 percent against the dollar in the first half of 2024.
