Rubel up against US dollar, euro at BCSE

August 29, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.1834 against the US dollar at the August 29 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also climbed to 3.5574 per euro but fell to 4.5197 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.5231 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (August 19–23), the rubel fell by 1.1 percent against the dollar, 1.44 percent against the euro and 1.74 percent against the yuan. It gained 1.02 percent of its value against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency strengthened 1.34 percent against the dollar in the first seven months of 2024.
