Rubel down 0.5 percent against euro at BCSE on December 23

December 23, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.5975 against the euro at the December 23 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
The Belarusian currency also fell to 3.3883 per 100 Russian rubles but climbed to 3.4427 per US dollar and 4.7443 per 10 Chinese yuan.
Last week (December 16–20), the rubel gained 0.83 percent of its value against the dollar, 2.57 percent against the euro and 0.47 percent against the Chinese yuan but fell 0.94 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 8.34 percent against the dollar in the first 11 months of 2024.
