Rubel down against US dollar, yuan at BCSE on January 13

January 13, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.4983 against the US dollar at the January 13 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The Belarusian currency also fell to 4.7441 per 10 Chinese yuan but climbed to 3.5924 per euro and 3.4051 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (January 6 – 11), the rubel rose 0.68 percent against the dollar, 0.32 percent against the euro and 2.9 percent against the yuan but fell 1.47 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency lost 9.32 percent of its value against the dollar last year.
