Rubel slides against US dollar at week’s last trading session

February 7, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.3899 against the US dollar at the February 7 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
The Belarusian currency rose to 3.513 per euro, 4.6362 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.4534 per 100 Russian rubles.
In the outgoing week (February 3 – 7), the rubel climbed 0.31 percent against the dollar, 1.11 percent against the euro, 0.67 percent against the yuan but lost 0.35 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency gained 1.73 percent against the dollar in January, after losing 9.32 percent of its value against the dollar last year.
