Rubel up against US dollar at week’s last trading

December 24, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 2.9126 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Belarusian currency dropped to 4.1475 per 10 yuan and 3.7173 per 100 Russian rubles.

The rubel has not traded against the European currency since December 19 and remained at 3.465 against the euro.

In the outgoing week (December 22–24), the rubel rose by 1 percent against the dollar and 0.51 percent against the yuan but lost 1.48 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 16.07 percent against the dollar in the first 11 months of 2025.

Nominal average pay down 2 percent in November
