Belarusian diplomat Larysa Bielskaja tears an image of political prisoner Volha Majorava from the hands of activist Palina Šarenda Panasiuk on March 12 during a discussion of a report on Belarus presented by the Group of Independent Experts to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.
