Rubel depreciates against dollar, yuan at BCSE
September 27, Pozirk. The rubel has weakened to 3.2693 per US dollar and 4.4765 per 10 yuan at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
There was no trading in euros today, with EUR/BYN at 3.47. The rubel rose to 3.3931 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (September 18-22) it rose by 0.08 percent against the dollar, 0.23 percent against the euro and 0.57 percent against the yuan but fell by 0.35 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency lost 17.44 percent of its value against the dollar from January to August.
