Belarus’ official coronavirus death toll rises to 6,204
February 10, BPN. The total number of confirmed coronavirus infection cases in Belarus increased by 8,463 (new daily record) from 797,188 on Wednesday to 805,651 on Thursday, with the death toll rising by 14 from 6,190 to 6,204, according to the country’s health ministry.
The ministry said that a total of 792,007 people had recovered from the coronavirus, and 1,558 people had been discharged from hospitals over the past 24 hours.
As many as 12,045,122 tests for the coronavirus had been carried out in the country by Wednesday, with 34,338 tests conducted in the past 24 hours.
As of February 10, as many as 5,477,000 people in Belarus had already received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and over 4,696,000 people had been fully vaccinated with two doses.
