Belarus intercepts drone at Ukraine border

December 2, BPN. Belarusian security forces used electronic devices to intercept and land an unmanned aerial vehicle that flew from Ukraine on December 1, the State Border Committee’s press office reported.

The drone equipped with a video camera for reconnaissance was flying at 300 meters in the vicinity of the Makrany border checkpoint, heading from Ukraine to the depth of the Belarusian territory, it said.

The Belarusian border control authority reported similar incidents on November 2 and 16.
