Rubel rises against dollar at BCSE

December 9, BPN. The Belarusian currency rose to 2.4719 rubels per US dollar at the December 9 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

At the same time, it fell to 2.5922 per euro, to 3.549 per 10 yuan and to 3.9619 per 100 Russian rubles.

In the outgoing week (December 5-9), the rubel fell by 1.6 percent against the euro, 1.03 percent against the dollar and 2.19 percent against the yuan. It climbed 0.0004 percent against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency dropped by 4.44 percent against the greenback from January to November.
