December 27, BPN. Belarus’ National Statistic Committee (Belstat) reported a 1.46-percent reduction in the number of people employed in the country’s economy to 4,192,900 in November 2022. Belarus had 62,300 fewer employed people than in November 2021.
Still, the officially reported jobless rate remained low in late October. The Belarusian government posted a rate of 0.1 percent (5,900 jobless people), said the Eurasian Economic Union.
