Commission finds signs of extremism in 98.5 percent of items studied in 2021-2022
January 10, BPN. A national commission has evaluated 1,400 works and messages for extremism in 2021-22, says a report on the activities of MP Lilija Ananič, the commission’s head. “Of these, 1,379 were found to contain signs of extremism and rehabilitation of Nazism. Relevant decisions were made on all detected items,” it said.
In all, the commission found signs of extremism in 98.5 percent of the examined print, audio, video and other works and messages.
The Belarusian government established the commission in 2014.
