Rubel up against dollar, yuan at BCSE

April 10, BPN. The Belarusian currency has strengthened against the US dollar to 2.953 at the April 10 trading session at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also climbed against the Chinese yuan to 4.2988 per 10 yuan but fell against the Russian currency to 3.6137 per 100 rubles. The rubel has not traded against the European currency since April 5 and remained at 3.1824 against the euro.

Last week (April 3 to 7), the rubel dropped by 4.2 percent against the dollar, by 4.12 percent against the yuan and by 2.36 percent against the euro. It rose by 2.58 percent against the Russian currency.

The rubel lost 4.41 percent of its value against the dollar in the first three months of 2023.
