Rubel rises slightly against dollar, yuan

April 18, BPN. The rubel has climbed to 2.94 per US dollar and 4.28 per 10 yuan at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

There was no trading in euros, with EUR/BYN standing at 3.24.

The Belarusian currency slid to 3.61 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (April 10 to 14), the rubel dropped by 2.17 percent against the euro and by 0.03 percent against the Russian currency. It rose by 1.27 percent against the dollar and by 0.9 percent against the yuan.

It lost 4.41 percent of its value against the dollar in the first three months of 2023.
