Rubel up against key currencies at BCSE

April 21, BPN. The rubel has risen slightly against its peers at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It climbed to 2.9377 per US dollar, 4.2553 per 10 yuan, and 3.5996 per 100 rubles.

There was no trading in euros, with EUR/BYN standing at 3.24.

In the outgoing week (April 17-21), the rubel rose 0.35 percent against the euro, 0.78 against the yuan, and 0.24 against the Russian ruble. It slid 0.07 percent against the greenback.

It lost 4.41 percent of its value against the dollar in the first three months of 2023.
