Ukraine sanctions 18 Belarusian companies
May 13, BPN. Volodymyr Zelensky has signed edicts introducing new sanctions against companies he views as accomplices in Russian aggression. The Ukrainian president has added 18 Belarusian companies to the sanctions lists.
They are:

- Staradarožski Miechaničny Zavod
- Kavlicmaš
- Kranavy Zavod
- Mahiloŭski Vahonabudaŭničy Zavod
- Homsielmaš
- Homielski Zavod Lićcia i Narmalaŭ
- IK Łakamatyŭ-Servis
- KB Dysplej
Ukraine also blacklisted the grassroots trade union cell of the Minsk-based O.V. Roman Powder Metallurgy Institute.
The sanctions, imposed yesterday, will be in effect for 10 years.
They include an asset freeze, a ban on technology transfer, and restrictions on or termination of trade operations. These companies won’t be able to transit goods through Ukraine, export capital, or participate in privatization.
Ukraine imposed the previous sanctions package on the Belarusian authorities and their collaborators on April 15.
