Rubel drops 0.73 percent against dollar this week

July 7, BPN. The Belarusian currency rose to 3.054 rubels per US dollar and 2.2145 per 10 Chinese yuan at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange today, but fell to 3.3271 per 100 Russian rubles and 3.3231 per euro.

In the outgoing week (July 4-7), the rubel dropped 0.73 percent against the dollar, 1.2 percent against the euro and 1.3 percent against the yuan. It jumped 3.12 percent against the Russian currency.

The Belarusian currency lost 10.88 percent of its value against the dollar in the first six months.
