Belarus may establish military prosecutor’s office

July 17, BPN. Belarus may establish a chief military prosecutor’s office, Prosecutor General Andrej Švied has told reporters in Minsk, according to a video clip released by a Łukašenka-linked Telegram channel.

Alaksandar Łukašenka said today that prosecutors should step up their control over troops’ observance of the law.

“We were instructed to discuss this issue again with a small group of leaders of law-enforcement and other state bodies,” Švied said.
