Rubel up against US dollar, yuan at BCSE
January 22, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.1498 against the US dollar at the January 22 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also climbed to 4.3573 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.4328 per euro and to 3.5755 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week, (January 15–19), the rubel lost 0.32 percent against the dollar and 0.002 percent against the yuan. It rose 1.4 percent against the European currency and 0.21 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 16.12 percent of its value against the dollar in 2023.
