Rubel up against US dollar, euro, yuan at BCSE

February 6, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.2073 against the US dollar at the February 6 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

It also climbed to 3.4425 per euro and to 4.4579 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.5422 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (January 29 – February 2), the rubel lost 0.85 percent against the dollar, 0.95 percent against the euro and 1.08 percent against the yuan but rose 0.44 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 0.01 percent against the dollar in January after losing 16.12 percent in 2023.
