Government to raise subsistence minimum budget on November 1

October 26, Pozirk. The Ministry of Labor and Social Security plans to raise the subsistence minimum budget (SMB) on November 1 and until January 31, says a document published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The SMB for the able-bodied population will amount to 405 rubels; for pensioners, 273 rubels; for children under three years, 237 rubels; children between 3 and 6 years, 325 rubels; children between 6 and 18 years, 393 rubels.
The SMB is used for calculations of social benefits, including allowances, benefits for families with children, social pensions, allowances paid in addition to pensions, and benefits for people who take care of people with disabilities or seniors over 80.
