Rubel up against US dollar at BCSE

May 22, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.2008 against the US dollar at the May 22 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Belarusian currency fell to 3.4852 per euro, 3.5465 per 100 Russian rubles and 4.4083 per 10 Chinese yuan.

Last week (May 13–18), the rubel grew 0.37 percent against the dollar and 0.59 percent against the yuan but fell 0.26 percent against the euro and 0.18 percent against the Russian ruble.

The rubel lost 2.41 percent of its value against the dollar in the first four months of 2024.
