June 3, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.1934 against the US dollar at the June 3 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).
It also climbed to 4.3931 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.5665 per 100 Russian rubles.
The rubel has not traded against the European currency and remained at 3.4812 against the euro.
Last week (May 27–31), the rubel fell 0.31 percent against the dollar, 0.41 percent against the yuan and 0.47 percent against the euro. The Belarusian currency rose 0.03 percent against the Russian ruble.
The rubel lost 0.89 percent of its value against the dollar in the first five months of 2024.
