Rubel depreciates against US, Russian currencies on October 30
October 30, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated against the US and Russian currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
In today’s trading, it slipped to 3.3185 per dollar and 3.4256 per 100 rubles. However, it rose to 4.671 per 10 yuan. There was no trading in euros, with EUR/BYN standing at 3.6026.
Last week (October 21–25), the rubel gained 0.66 percent against the euro but lost 0.05 percent against the greenback, 0.13 percent against the Chinese currency and 0.37 percent against the Russian currency.
The Belarusian currency lost 1.06 percent of its value against the dollar in the first nine months of 2024.
