Rubel up against euro at BCSE on January 23
January 23, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.5537 against the euro at the January 23 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
The Belarusian currency fell to 3.4162 per US dollar, 4.6822 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.4121 per 100 Russian rubles.
Last week (January 13 – 17), the rubel lost 0.09 percent of its value against the dollar and 0.6 percent against the yuan but rose 0.52 percent against the euro and 1.14 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 9.32 percent of its value against the dollar last year.
