Rubel keeps rising against US dollar, yuan at BCSE on January 27
January 27, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.406 against the US dollar at the January 27 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
The Belarusian currency climbed to 4.669 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.4379 per 100 Russian rubles.
The rubel has not traded against the European currency and remained at 3.558 against the euro.
Last week (January 20 – 24), the rubel rose 1.74 percent against the dollar, 1.69 percent against the yuan and 0.62 percent against the euro but fell 1.69 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 9.32 percent of its value against the dollar last year.
