Rubel ends week on a high

January 31, Pozirk. The rubel has climbed against the US, EU and Chinese currencies at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange to 3.4003 per dollar, 3.5525 per euro and 4.6674 per 10 yuan.
However, it slipped to 3.4412 per 100 Russian rubles in today’s trading.
In the outgoing week (January 27–31), the rubel gained 0.42 percent against the dollar and 0.15 percent against the euro. It lost 0.06 percent against the yuan and 0.52 percent against the Russian ruble.
The Belarusian currency lost 9.32 percent of its value against the dollar last year.
