Rubel climbs against US dollar, euro, yuan at BCSE on February 6

February 6, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 3.387 against the US dollar at the February 6 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The Belarusian currency rose to 3.545 per euro and 4.6393 per 10 Chinese yuan but fell to 3.4615 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (January 27 – 31), the rubel gained 0.42 percent against the dollar and 0.15 percent against the euro. It lost 0.06 percent against the yuan and 0.52 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 1.73 percent against the dollar in January, after losing 9.32 percent of its value against the dollar last year.
