Rubel slides against key currencies at week’s last trading session

April 4, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 3.1293 against the US dollar at the April 4 trading session of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

The Belarusian currency also fell to 3.4104 per euro, 4.2304 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.6642 per 100 Russian rubles.

In the outgoing week (March 31 – April 4), the rubel lost 0.38 percent against the dollar, 1.93 percent against the euro, 0.37 percent against the yuan and 0.02 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 10.25 percent against the dollar in the first quarter of 2025.
