Rubel up against dollar, no trade in euro

June 26, Pozirk. The rubel has risen to 2.9616 per US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

For three consecutive sessions, there has been no trading in euros with EUR/BYN standing at 3.408.

In today’s session, the rubel slipped to 4.1229 per 10 Chinese yuan and 3.7757 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (June 16–20), the rubel strengthened 0.22 percent against the greenback, 0.67 percent against the yuan and 0.64 percent against the euro, weakening 0.04 percent against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 13.72 percent against the dollar in the first five months of 2025.
