Rubel keeps rising against US dollar at BCSE on December 2

December 1, Pozirk. The rubel has strengthened to 2.8997 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange, hitting its second consecutive daily high.

The rate is close to the level recorded in mid-May 2023, when it stood at 2.8906.

The Belarusian currency dropped to 3.379 per euro, 4.1004 per 10 yuan and 3.7437 per 100 Russian rubles.

Last week (November 24–28), the rubel rose by 0.43 percent against the dollar and 0.57 percent against the euro but lost 0.26 percent against the yuan and 0.59 percent against the ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 16.07 percent against the dollar in the first 11 months of 2025.
