Rubel drops against US dollar, yuan, Russian currency at week’s last trading

February 20, Pozirk. The rubel has depreciated to 2.8518 against the US dollar at the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (BCSE).

The Belarusian currency also dropped to 4.1357 per 10 yuan and 3.7309 per 100 Russian rubles but climbed to 3.3601 per euro.

In the outgoing week (February 16-20), the rubel rose 0.35 percent against the US dollar, 0.9 percent against the euro and 0.32 and 0.21 percent against the yuan but lost 0.3 percent of its value against the Russian ruble.

The Belarusian currency gained 1.83 percent against the dollar in January.
